From October through March, Regency Towers will be enhancing walkways and repairing
exterior spalling. While some daytime construction may occur, guests can enjoy unbeatable
discounted rates—while still enjoying spacious condos, stunning Gulf views, and full access to
pools, hot tub, and amenities.
