We stayed for 5 days (couple), yet the cleaning service is unprofessional
1. upon arrival the toilet was still dirty from the previous visitor. It got cleaned immediatly and the staff gave us water and chips as compensation
2. one day when we used our room during cleaning time, we told the staff upon leaving that our room still needs cleaning yet they missed it - even though we had left a good tip the day before
These are standard things that should work in a hotel of this category - thus we say the stay was disappoining and the hotel has a job to do to fix its service
