„The hotel location close to the Railway Station and hotel is overall good. The flexibility when late check in and asked for late check out forced to pay extra tariffs and stuck to the rules. The safe is not working and hot water comes after trying for 10 min as the water tap positions not marked eventually having a cold shower. Put lot of pressure to the inexperienced front desk staff because dealing for Rs 1 000.“

„Nice clean lobby, room, and bathroom. King size bed nicely made. Fresh towels clean. Floors and walls shiny and clean. Coffee/ tea machine in room good quality. Even provided tooth brush and toothpaste.
Hotel location in interior road, approach to the hotel not clean. Shower / bathing area not separated from toilet, making the entire bathroom wet after showering — this is common problem in India. Indians need to recognize that bathrooms should be kept dry“
