„Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.“

„Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.“

„Location was great for what I was looking for in this visit to Manhattan Beach. And, given how difficult parking is in the area, the parking setup was better than I could have expected. This reduced my stress during a very busy visit.“

„This was a great location. Just a few minutes walk to Manhattan Beach. The condo had all the amenities you needed. Lots of great upgrades like lights that come on automatically when you enter the bathroom, touch lights on the bedside table. Nice seating area and family room. Though we didn’t do any cooking there was plenty of utensils for all of that.We really loved the location. There were many great local restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner nearby. „This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.“

„The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place“
