„This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. We loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside grilling and kayaking. The lake access made it super easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with some great outdoor perks.“

„Organized an escape for my book club! We appreciated the plentiful seating, functional kitchen, and quiet location. Little touches like extra fans helped make everyone comfortable for temperature and white noise. “

„The house looks exactly like the pictures. It is decorated really cute and had everything we needed. There is also a couple of nice conversation spots outside- one under the covered back deck and another nice one around a fire pit. It was very clean and we would highly recommend!“

„Everything at the house was over-the-top. The furnishings were in pristine condition, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine, they even had spare toothbrushes, had we forgotten ours. Our group of four couples enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay again. Thank you so, so much!“

„Our stay here was excellent. The only one thing I noticed is the shower bathroom tub upstairs was very slippery. Fall risk. Other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend this place to family . “

„Perfect location being in the middle of North Liberty, we were a couple blocks from extended family, it was so convenient. The house was spacious and cozy with plenty of room for kids to spread out. We would absolutely consider staying again. “

„This was the best rental we've ever stayed at. Been staying at rental properties for well over a decade and this was the best of the bunch. Photos and listing are extremely accurate and they are actually well stocked with what they list. First rental I've seen have extra crib sheets for a pack n play, plethora of paper towels, Tupperware for leftovers, bug spray and sun screen .... the list goes on. They even had a spare propane tank which we used when the gas fireplace ran out making smores ...

„It was fine. There were a couple of things that were a little bit out of order. They were open containers of food in the pantry and a damp towel hanging in the bathroom, like it was drying and used recently. Besides that all is well.“

„We were lucky enough to have an intimate family wedding here and everything was perfect. John and Kari are wonderfully accommodating hosts and the property could not have been more perfect. Located continently near anything you need but tucked away enough to feel like a real get away. The historic vibe and peace of Fairview Farm is just what we need wanted for our special day. “

„A perfect place to stay to call 'home' while exploring what Cedar Rapids has to offer, and there are many delights to see! The Czech Museum is top-notch and the Bo-Ho shopping and dining area hails to the Midwest as being accessible, friendly and accommodating. Iowa City is only a hop-skip-and-a-jump away drive and has all the charms of a University City. This host has gone the extra miles to provide comfort and charm. I think she's on to it. “

„Just leaving now and wanted to write this before I forgot anything. We were in town to see our former billet son play hockey. The proximity to the ice arena could not have been better! In addition to that we were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold so we didn’t take advantage of that too much, but the house was warm and cozy. „We loved our 4 night stay at this charming Vrbo! The place is immaculate with all the needed necessities needed. The beds were very comfortable and all the linens and towels are high quality. The full kitchen and appliances are perfect. We loved the extra throw blankets to cuddle up with while watching TV in the spacious living room. The bedrooms are also roomy and we enjoyed the en suite in our room. The location is very convenient in a nice neighborhood. “
