„Off the road enough for privacy in the woods. Very clean comfortable cabin“

„Property was clean and looked as pictured. Had blackout curtains even on the high windows :). Host was quick to respond to messages (I had issues because I booked through Expedia and messaging was through VRBO and my reservations weren’t sinking between the two sites). Only potential draw back to this particular cabin, is it is closest to the road and there is road noise from people racing up the road and window facing road is permanently open with a window fan.“

„This beautiful home is what us Alaskans call a true luxury gem! When i hit retirement age, this is the type of home and location i would love to wake up to everyday! My family thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. We saw black bears in the yard 4 out of 7 days of our stay. There was a big bull moose in the little valley below the back deck then a cow moose the next day. That being said, do not take the breathtaking views for granted. „Die Lodge liegt an einer Kreuzung mit Tankstelle, eingerichtet ist sie mit einer Nasszelle mit Toilette, diese ist nach oben und an den Baumstämmen offen. Das Spülbecken dient gleichzeitig als Waschbecken. Frühstück war teilweise ok, Bagels wurden nicht immer ausreichend nachgefüllt, wir hatten aber unser eigenes Brot. WLAN war in unserer Lodge nicht möglich, empfang nur außerhalb möglich, nach 3 Tagen wurde uns ein mobiler Router gegeben.“

„I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful cabin while working in Wasilla for the week. My husband and i loved having such a beautifully appointed homebase to enjoy. Ben was an amazing host, the property had everything we needed and the wildlife consisting of foxes and rabbits were an added bonus. Beautiful sunsets and so many places to explore in the area. I travel often for work and this has been my favorite VRBO rental by far. I hope we get to come back someday for vacation!“

„We live in a similar cozy house in the woods, and we felt right at home in the Snowshoe Cabin! Everything we needed was there. The seclusion was wonderful. I couldn’t imagine staying in a hotel when this option is available. A bit out of town, but absolutely worth the drive to get out of the din and garish lights of town!“
