No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. „We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. „Very comfortable home with a great pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Great for large families or a group of friends. One of the rooms is detached and by the pool with its own bathroom which was great for our needs. While there are a few areas of the house that could use some improvements, the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond, which makes up for any minor issues.“

„We had an amazing 3 week vacation in PR with friends and family!! This house fit our needs and made our trip!! The beach is amazing and not crowded. The pool was perfect. „Even though finding the place was a little tricky arriving late at night, Melba was always available and would respond immediately. There was no power for most of our stay due to the island poor electric infrastructure, but she was very quick trying to make our stay more enjoyable and even hooking up to a generator. The area is close to the beach and great restaurants. The swimming pool was big, clean and inviting. Our kids had a lot of fun there. We enjoyed our stay.“
