Pool and spa heating is not included and is available upon request at $75 per night. Spa will be heated on a morning and evening schedule. If you would like to set your own 4 hour spa timeframes (2 per day), please let us know before your stay.

Please also note that this home has a tankless water heater and while this system promotes energy efficiency, the heating is isolated to specific areas at a time and may require guests to take turns when using hot water for showers to ensure everyone has access to warm water during the stay.
