The Space
San Jacinto Skyline House is designed to feel open, effortless, and livable from the moment you walk in. The single-story layout creates a natural flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen—ideal for groups who want to spend time together without feeling crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated Samsung appliances, including an oven with air fryer functionality, and everything needed for cooking at home. A Ninja coffee maker supports pods, grounds, and iced coffee, while a slushee machine adds a fun, unexpected touch for warm desert afternoons. Wide, step-free access throughout the home makes it easy to navigate, and the thoughtful design balances clean, modern finishes with a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is the defining feature of San Jacinto Skyline House, centered around unobstructed views of the mountains. Lounge chairs provide space to soak up the sun, while the covered patio offers shade for relaxing throughout the day. The BBQ setup makes outdoor dining easy, whether you're cooking a full meal or keeping things casual. A cornhole set adds a simple, social element for groups. This space is built for everything from slow mornings with coffee to evenings spent unwinding under the desert sky.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Location
Our home is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Tram View Heights, a community that reflects the evolving character of Palm Springs. The area is experiencing redevelopment and growth, adding to its vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. Like many urban areas, you may notice a visible homeless population in the city, including downtown and surrounding regions. However, rest assured that the property offers a private, peaceful retreat, perfect for social gatherings without concerns about noise. While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it's ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fees (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $199/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
