As you enter, you'll be greeted by the mezzanine level featuring a formal dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy breakfast nook, all overlooking the picturesque surroundings. The comfortable sitting areas and a welcoming fireplace provide the ideal setting for relaxation and unwinding. One of the primary suites is also conveniently located on this level, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration.

Each of the four bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished and feature luxurious Sterns & Foster mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. A few steps away from the game room you’ll discover a cozy bedroom featuring two twin beds, each adorned with luxurious Stearns and Foster mattresses. With 48 hours' notice before your arrival, we can seamlessly transform these twin beds into a regal 4th King bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your preferences. Please note that this bedroom shares access to the half bath on the main level, or with any of the other en-suite bathrooms.

Ascending a few steps from the main (mezzanine) level, you'll encounter two opulent Primary Suites, each boasting a sumptuous king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and inviting lounging areas. The Primary bedroom captivates with awe-inspiring desert vistas, a plush loveseat, and a lavish marble bathroom featuring a jetted soaking tub, a separate shower, and a bidet.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
