Welcome to your Palm Springs escape at Mesquite Country Club! This beautifully situated 2-bedroom, 2-bath lower-level condo offers a relaxing desert retreat with sweeping views of the Prescott Preserve and surrounding mountains.



The Space:

The bright and comfortable living area features a refreshed kitchen and updated primary bathroom, along with tasteful furnishings that make it easy to feel right at home. From the living room and primary suite, enjoy picturesque views of the preserve and mountains that bring the beauty of the desert right to your doorstep.



Step outside to your private covered patio, the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, enjoy an outdoor meal, or unwind as the sun sets over the desert.



As a guest at Mesquite Country Club, you'll enjoy access to a gated, beautifully landscaped community with sparkling pools and spas and tennis courts. The convenient South Palm Springs location puts you close to downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, and many of the area's favorite attractions.



This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.



NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
