Each room furnished with its very own 65inch LED TV with streaming capabilities (Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, ect.), custom decor, comfortable purple gel mattresses with top of the line linen. Good location and good pool

This place had a great pool and outside space, exactly what we wanted. The issues were that there seemed to be a creature living in the walls that ran around at night keeping half of our group up. There was also a strong smell of animal urine in the kitchen near the far corner, near the stove.We were not given check out instructions so we are hopeful we left it the way the property owner wanted it.

Nice Place in Palm Springs

We had a lovely visit to Palm Springs and this home suited our needs very well. Overall I'd say the value of this home is good. What we liked: - Great amenities: Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ - Great location in a sleepy neighbourhood - Home is modern, and features a decent sized kitchen with enough cookwear on hand. - Home was clean on the inside, less so on the outside (but still okay). - Nice big TVs in every room and decent selection of entertainment to view all bundled in. - Communication with the owner was overall good, with one small snag (mentioned below) What could use attention: - Master and Queen bedroom mattresses need replacing. None of us adults were all that comfortable. Kids room was fine. - The door to the laundry is literally coming apart on the right side if you pull it. - There is something wrong with the dryer - took upwards of 3 hours to do one half load of towels and still weren't entirely dry - Lack of little things like a clothesline or drying rack, jacket/coat hanger - Would be helpful to have a welcome book with some guidance around things with the house, places to go in the area etc. Something to consider adding. Check in for us was a bit odd in that we were supposed to get the code for the door via email that day, but I never got one, so we were stuck waiting to get in (only for a couple minutes though, and the owner was quick to rectify) Aside from some of these minor quirks, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again in the future!

Comfortable, spacious, good location.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean, updated home. Great location in a neighborhood not far from town. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Pool, hot tub, patio and back yard were a bonus. Owner was quickly responsive when I reached out with questions.

Two weeks in the sun

The house was in a convenient nice neighborhood. The manager was very responsive to any questions I had. The only down side was there was only one hand towel in each bathroom and something was wrong with the dryer because it took forever to dry clothes.

Fabulous property

The place was absolutely lovely. Very clean and ginormous tvs. Loved the aesthetic. Couple of drawbacks: it appeared the oven drawer was busted so the oven technically never heated and it was a hazard for kids. The big drawback is not being able to control when the pool and spa are heated. We had to contact Martin to do it on his end. The autonomy would have been nice! Understandably they have lost many iPads when leaving them at the property, but still ruined more than one swim to not be in control and the pool not being heated. Overall, gorgeous place and incredible stay!

Great family getaway

Fun house for our weekend family escape. Nice to have a private pool. Cool interior design. Very coordinated. Easy drive to supermarkets and downtown. The paint in the pool and jacuzzi is coming off, it looks a little odd but only cosmetic. Pool does not have a deep end. Adults can walk across. Great communication with the property manager. Easy check in and check out.

Great family staycation

This place was absolutely amazing. It’s a perfect family get away and has all the amenities that you would ever need. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the back yard and the pool. We used the fire pit a lot with no issues and the kids enjoyed s’mores . The giant jenga and connect four games were also a great and the amount of seating options in the back yard was perfect for other family members that came to join us one of the days. The design on the inside and attention to detail was my favorite part of the home. Very organized. My two oldest (7 & 4) LOVED the bunk beds and the giant TV’s in all the rooms. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals and the provided soaps, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in each bathroom was a life saver. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a ceiling fan in the living room like the other rooms because the air is a little harder to feel in there otherwise not a big deal at all. The rest of the home stayed pleasantly cool as it was 107 on multiple days. The owner was very prompt in responding to any communication and I appreciate that. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Could not acess washing machine, door would not slide. Bathroom toiletries were filled but not put in place but. Overall place was clean though.
