Calling this place the Spirit Airlines of hotels would be generous. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the property was dirty and in disrepair. My room had visible dust and areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The hotel seems severely understaffed—requests for basic items like dishes and a hair dryer went unanswered. I had to call again the next day to pick up incomplete dishes at the front desk, and I didn’t receive a hair dryer until my last night.
Staff mentioned they were out of pillowcases, and overall they seem low on essentials. Amenities are bare bones: no shampoo unless you ask, no ice machines (just flimsy trays that broke immediately), no hot tub, no gym, and housekeeping only twice a week if requested. The TV was outdated with a dark, low-resolution picture, and the remote barely worked.
On my final night, I found two cockroaches crawling around my bathroom sink—on the top floor. The breakfast was minimal, and the coffee was some of the worst I’ve had. The only positive was a relatively comfortable bed. Otherwise, I would never stay here again.
