This completely private, sophisticated, and walled in, mini resort is located in the highly desirable community of Miralon, nestled among resort style amenities. 

The ample and open living room provides dramatic sky-high ceilings, white walls, and splashes of colors that invite a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The sunshine fills the room through the large glass panels that flank the sides of the house. Kick it up a notch and toss some grub on the provided BBQ and enjoy true desert living while eating a home cooked meal outside under the desert sky.  
 
You and your guest will embrace the tranquil atmosphere of the warm and exotic patio areas. Enjoy being lost in time in your own private pool while soaking up the sunshine. There are multiple seating options for everyone, streaming from multiple pool lounge chaises to a nice arrangement of patio chairs. No matter your position, there’re lovely views surrounding you at Cozy up at Miralon. 

The two guest bedrooms both feature en-suite bathrooms and are loaded with charm and feature spacious walk-in shower.

The kitchen has new appliances, coffee pot, and all the traditional accoutrements to prepare snacks and meals during your stay. 

Whether you're enjoying the television in the living room, or in one of the guest bedrooms, you'll have plenty to watch as this property offers Youtube TV for live TV viewing. During football season, you'll have access to the Sunday ticket, where you can watch your favorite NFL team while vacationing in sunny Palm Springs. 

We are very conscientious, we implement a buffer period between guests, and have the house professionally cleaned and sanitized, including washing all linens and towels. We want you to enjoy the magical experience of Cozy up at Miralon.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $49 nightly or $245 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees.
