There are also 16 tennis courts should you wish to practice while vacationing.

When we purchased the condo we gave it a COMPLETE makeover! New flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms...we even re-finished the walls to a beautiful smooth stucco finish that was all done completely by hand. The newly remodeled open concept style kitchen boasts new quartz countertops as well as brand new stainless steel Samsung appliances. The open kitchen leads directly to the dining and living areas that are complimented with high vaulted ceilings and a sublime view of the beautiful golf course and lakes. There are brand new smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room. The balcony off the living room is ready for relaxation and BBQs with comfy seating and a fully charged propane grill and views galore! Check out the golf course, the lakes, the mountains, sunsets. We promise you, you will have no shortage of breathtaking views. There's also a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer located inside the unit.

Love to swim? Then this is your ideal location! As previously mentioned, there are 48 different pools located in the complex. And, best of all, the pool that we believe to be the nicest of the 48 is just steps from the condo. This pool is an infinity type pool surrounded by palm trees with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. There's also a jacuzzi next to the pool if you need to soak your sore muscles after hiking, golfing or walking around shopping at all of the unique shops in the area.

If you need fast internet, look no further. We've upgraded our internet from 50Mbps to 500Mbps! With a download speed of 500Mbps, you can do almost anything you'd like to do at the same time on the internet, on multiple devices at the same time. For instance, you can watch online video on 20 devices at the same time in ultra-HD (4K) quality.
