WHAT'S NEARBY
This beautiful, four-condo complex is peaceful and serene, yet it sits only two blocks west of Palm Canyon Drive and the heart of downtown Palm Springs. All along the village's main strip, you'll find an assortment of wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife, from theaters to casinos. Bring your clubs and make a tee time at one of the dozens of golf courses that await in the surrounding area, or take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west) to soak in a view of the desert. THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 35 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
