POOL & SPA HEAT: Please let us know if you would like pool heat, hot tub heat, or both. They are available for a set rate based on the season. Please let If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

- December - March: $85/day
- April - June: $65/day
- July - September: $0/day
- October - November: $65/day

-Once paid, pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your desired date and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM on the succeeding dates desired, which would be perfectly warm through the night


Pet fee is $175 per pet. *if you are staying for over 14 days this fee will increase.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

8. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.

9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.


DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.


During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

The property was lovely, and had a great floor plan and backyard pool area. We utilized the entire property for our trip, and had no issues. This was a new property for the management team, and some coordination with the service provides could be more effective, but overall we'd stay there again for our next trip to Palm Springs.
