The kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, and all the necessary kitchen amenities for your meal prep needs. The dining table comfortably seats six. A sectional sofa provides ample seating space while you enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 65-inch Smart TV.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The spacious and private yard offers plenty of room for relaxation in seclusion. The outdoor dining table has ample shade and can comfortably seat 6 people. The sectional seating around the fire feature is ideal for unwinding, enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, and staying cozy on cooler nights. The pool and spa, situated on the north side of the property, receive ample sunlight exposure year-round, making it perfect for you and your loved ones.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom, located on the east side, features a king bed, 65-inch Smart TV, dual nightstand, ceiling fan, and convenient access to a spacious main bath and walk-in closet. The main bath features a shower, soaking tub, and dual nightstands. The guest room, located on the west side of the home, features a queen bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a large closet. The second guest bedroom features queen-size bunk beds, a closet, a nightstand, and a 50-inch Smart TV. Two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
