SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main Bedroom: The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a 40-inch Smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and offers views of the golf course with its own access to the patio. The ensuite bathroom has been fully remodeled and includes a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom features a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a 43-inch TV, and a closet. It is located just two steps away from an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOORS
The beautiful east-facing patio opens to stunning golf course views. The patio includes a three-burner BBQ grill, a dining table for six, and two chaise lounges for relaxation and reading. The Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools and spas, and a clubhouse. PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
