Close to water, canals & paddling



Palm Harbor sits near Palm Coast’s saltwater canal system and the Intracoastal Waterway, which is a big part of the local lifestyle—great for scenic strolls, wildlife watching, and getting out on the water. The city notes you can kayak in the canals (though swimming is not recommended), and there are public kayak launch options nearby (such as at Long Creek Nature Preserve) depending on where you want to explore.

Smart TVs: Smart TVs are provided in the living room and each bedroom. Please log out of any personal streaming accounts at checkout.



Bikes & golf clubs: 4 bicycles and golf clubs/caddy are available for guest use. Guests assume responsibility for proper use and securing items when not in use.



Beach gear included: We provide beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience—please rinse off sand and return items neatly after use.



Fenced yard & pets: The yard is fully fenced and the home is pet-friendly. Please clean up after pets promptly and keep pets off furniture/beds unless you bring your own protective covers.



Gas grill: Grill is available for guest use—please clean the grates after grilling and turn off the gas when finished. If you find the gas tank needs to be refilled, please exchange at Publix and text us the receipt we will gladly reimburse you.



Quiet neighborhood: Please observe quiet hours and be respectful of neighbors at all

We’re here to make your stay easy and comfortable while also giving you plenty of privacy. You’ll enjoy self check-in, and we’re a local Real Estate and Management company available if you need anything before or during your stay.

During your stay: We’re reachable by Airbnb messaging/text for questions, recommendations, or anything that comes up. We respond as quickly as possible.
