Dock & Boat Slip Notice

Please note that the dock is currently under repair.
The dock is still usable for general access; however, it is warped at this time.
The boat slip does not function at the moment and cannot be used for docking until repairs are completed.

Pool Heating Policy

Please note: There is a $25 per day charge for heating the pool during the months of November through March.
Pool heat must be requested in advance of arrival and will be charged for the full duration of the stay once activated.

No smoking indoors. A $500 fine applies.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. A $300 fine applies for disturbances.
No parties or unregistered guests. A $500 fine applies.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must stay on-site.
Doors and windows must remain closed while the AC is running. Guests are responsible for HVAC damage.
Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. A $500 fine applies.
Trash day details will be provided before check-in. A $100 fine applies for missed pickup or overflow.
Outdoor areas must be left clean after use. A $150 fine applies for excessive mess.
