„Had the best trip around mid June. The rental was exactly as pictured and the one time I needed something addressed, it was taken care of right away. The location on the river, can’t be beat. Very nice, long dock, we loved just hanging out by the water, right there. So many alligators to view. We would definitely book this rental again if staying in the area again. “

„The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. We left to eat and an AC tech called to let us know he was there as we ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay!“

„An old soul with modern touches.That pretty much sums up this lovely home. Light & Bright if that's your thing, if not, pull the shades & PRESTO! Yer sleepin' in!(Who are we kidding? You're hungover.... it's St. Augustine! Clean, close to everything, SO many light switches! lolGreat little back patio and front porch! Great kitchen but you probably won't be using it with ALL the great food around. 10/10. Will recommend. “

„Nice, clean updated home in a quite suburb just minutes from downtown, it was nice the kitchen was stocked with cookware etc. Host was propmt to respond and checkin was a breeze, be aware if you want to check in early it will be a 50 fee!Otber then that“

„Quiet and comfortable house minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Family of 4 with 2 teens. Having 3 bathrooms and a large movie room was perfect from a busy day exploring. “

„It’s a nice little downstairs apartment. Host is very responsive and they take pride in their property and the service they’re providing. It is near train tracks so it can get loud a few times in the night, lol. But still enjoyed my stay, given price and walking distance to the music festival.“

"wir haben eine sms erhalten, dass sie kein warmwasser haben. pro tag 50% gutschrift oder 100% zurück. wir nahmen die 50% an. beim auschecken fingen dann die probleme an! der herr sn der reseption meinte, einfach ebookers anrufen alles easy. aber nicht mal er kam via tel durch! ich wollte eine quittung er wollte mir keine geben. ich bestand aber darauf! du kommst im hotel an, traum! dann gehst du in die hotel räumlichkeiten. traum vorbei. alles sieht alt aus und riecht auch so. pool war auch sehr dreckig. und das geld bekomme ich sicher auch nicht zurück"

"Da wir beim letzten Besuch bereits begeistert waren, waren wir nun für zwei Nächte hier und es war wieder wunderschön hier. Die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand sind perfekt. Zwei Kritikpunkte: ausschließlich Valet-Parking für 40$/Nacht verfügbar und das der Zutritt zum Pool nicht kontrolliert wird, obwohl man bei Check-in Armbänder ausgehändigt bekommt und dadurch externe Gäste den Pool ohne Hindernis nutzen können."
