The Space:
This private 48 m² villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

It features two separate bedrooms and an open-plan living room and kitchen area. Sleeping arrangements include one 160 cm double bed, two 90 cm single beds and a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, waffle maker, food processor, cookware, dishes and cutlery. Coffee, tea, sugar and basic spices are also provided.

The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine/dryer and essential toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

Underfloor heating keeps the villa comfortable throughout the year, while the wood-burning fireplace in the living room creates an especially cosy atmosphere during colder evenings.

Outside, guests can enjoy two private terraces with a small yard and views towards the surrounding pine trees. One of the terraces features an awning for additional shade and comfort. Outdoor furniture, a rocking chair and a barbecue with grilling equipment are also available.

During the warmer season, guests have access to a heated outdoor swimming pool. A sauna can also be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot, high chair and children's bedding can be provided.

Smart TVs are available in all rooms, together with fast Wi-Fi. A dedicated desk also makes the villa suitable for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire villa and its two terraces.

Free on-site parking is available within the enclosed property. The territory is illuminated and monitored by security cameras in the outdoor common areas.

During the warmer season, guests can use the heated outdoor swimming pool according to the property's seasonal opening schedule and rules.

A sauna may also be available for an additional fee when arranged in advance.

Check-in is contactless, allowing guests to arrive independently.

The villa is located in peaceful Kunigiškės, surrounded by pine trees and approximately 400 metres from the Baltic Sea. The beach can be reached on foot via a pleasant wooden pathway, making it easy to enjoy the seaside without using a car.

The surrounding area is ideal for both relaxing and active holidays. Approximately 350 metres from the villa, guests can access the coastal cycling route connecting Nemirseta, Palanga and Šventoji.

Nearby you will also find the Labrytys running and walking trail with outdoor exercise equipment, tennis courts and additional sports facilities. A children's playground is available within the villa grounds.

The location offers the tranquillity of a seaside residential area while remaining within easy reach of Palanga and other popular destinations along the Lithuanian coast.

Getting Around:
The Baltic Sea and beach are approximately 400 metres away and can easily be reached on foot.

A nearby coastal cycling path provides a convenient and scenic way to explore Palanga, Šventoji, Nemirseta and other destinations along the coast.

Guests arriving by car have access to free private parking within the property grounds. The territory is fenced, illuminated and monitored by security cameras.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The property offers contactless self check-in, with arrival instructions provided before your stay.

Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee.

Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement. An additional fee per pet applies.
