A 10-minute walk or a minute drive will land you in the heart of Paihia. Here you can wander into the info centre to book a day of adventure on the water, enjoy the range of fantastic cafes and restaurants, and swim in the sparkling sea. Another five minutes of driving will take you to the unmissable Waitangi Treaty Grounds and a world-class golf course. When you’re ready, you can amble back to Swallows Nest to pour a wine and marvel at the sunset over the bay.

Please be aware that the pool is not currently available for guest use. Although the pool has a full perimeter fence, the pool can be accessed through doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing the doors unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
