Amazing Detached Victorian Villa really close to the sea!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our family home is a wonderful place to live and you will find it is a tremendous place to stay. We are a five to ten minute walk to the beach and also the train station and town.

Southover is set back from the road in its own grounds. It has a large south and west facing garden wrapping around it with patios and a summer house. Alfresco dining is the norm but it has its own large dining room if not.
The space
This is a large spacious property and caters for multi generational or double family holidays perfectly. There is a twin and a single bedroom downstairs both very close to a bathroom with a walk in shower.

The lounge is huge and has a new Grand Designs suite along with a 55" TV with Sky movies, Netflix, Disney Plus, Plex and Prime.

The dining room is also large with a massive mahogany dinner table. I think we had 13 around it at Christmas.

I didn't get around to take pictures of these two rooms before I left for our European tour but I will upload some as soon as I can.

There is parking for several cars and although some say the driveway is narrow I can get my caravan up there.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house except for one room where we have put all our clutter and the airing cupboard.
Other things to note
This a fabulous home and is close to everything you will need.
