Major concern: No window coverings for the floor-to-ceiling bathtub window or windows above the bed and coffee bar, resulting in serious privacy issues while bathing and sleeping. This was very uncomfortable. Remote location (45 minutes from Hilo); a car is required. No cellphone reception. No nearby restaurants or shops. Towels were not very clean, and ...

„We did enjoy our stay but I could see this being a bit of a problem house for some. It is a nice house and property but I think the grounds and outside could be a little tidier. As for the inside, it was cool to cold at times. We didn't find extra blankets except for on the other bed in the kids' room, the coffee maker was acting up, the hair dryer didn't work and just little details were missing.Overall it was a good stay because we don't require much.
