The owners were quick to respond to all our inquiries and address any problems we encountered. The location is acceptable, but those who plan to cook should consider purchasing groceries in advance. „Wunderbar gelegen mit traumhafteres Panorama. Sehr saubere Unterkünfte und das ganze Feriendomizil macht einen sehr geplagten Eindruck. Der Vermieter, Luca, gibt gerne Auskunft über Ausflugmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und ist für Fragen immer da ohne "aufdringlich" zu wirken. Der Marken ist eine wunderschöne Gegend und zum Glück noch nicht überlaufen von Touristen. Diese Ferien Anlage ist in dieser Gegend wunderschön eingebettet und trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. „What a great family-run farm. We ate dinner there both nights and enjoyed incredible meats grown on the property (the 1 kilo steak and wild boar sausage are highly recommended). "Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ists rustikal und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir wurden toll empfangen. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. Fabrizo hat uns ganz viele Tips wegene Müllentsorgung, Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschickt. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Haus bis nach Pesaro Zentrum dauert ca. 25 Minuten und ist über eine kurvenreiche Landstraße. Man ist wirklich ungestört in dem Haus und die nächsten "Nachbarn" liegen gegenüber und kann man nur erahnen. Ein tolles Grundstück! Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern und 1 Hund und hatten viel Spaß. Vielene Dank dafür!!!"
