„Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. “

„The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.“

„Eine kleine Wohnung mit Wohnraum-Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Älteres Haus, sehr ruhig, herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da versteckt auf dem Land, wird immer ein Fahrzeug benötigt. Man kann es weiter empfehlen.“

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind gut erreichbar, Parken auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück ist unkompliziert und sicher. „Beautiful barn had all we needed for a wonderful, relaxed stay. Only fault was the garden was quite grubby; the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, as there was still an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the table. I had to wipe down the chairs by the hot tub before we could sit down and enjoy our evening. Only a minor fault, but I feel like the outside should be as clean as the inside. "A small, cozy hotel with a lake, although you couldn't swim in it. Despite the highway, the hotel was quiet. With the window closed you couldn't hear anything, with the window open only noise (lake side). The building and the furnishings were a bit older, which was also partly visible. But it didn't look run-down. A renovation would do the hotel some good. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness left something to be desired in some places. I never felt unsafe there, there was plenty of parking and the food was also good."

"Leider ziemlich abgewohnt, Zimmer hat leider ziemlich nach Chlor gestunken. Sehr netter Service. Gratis Wasser und auch gute Vermittlung an TaxiServices, das Hotel selbst hat kein Restaurant. Gegenüber ist eine Riesen Raststätte mit diversen Restaurants und null Charm. Das muss man wissen, wenn man nicht selber mit dem Auto kommt auf jeden Fall Taxi nehmen. Taxi hat einen eigenen Zugang über eine Schranke und Nebenstraßen. Das Bett sehr bequem. Habe gut geschlafen. Das Hotel schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Aber der wirklich freundliches Service hat sehr viel gut gemacht."
