„We are family of seven from Canada, stayed one night at the Boat House. The bedroom is spacious enough for two adults and two kids to sleep with small luggage. The food is good. (Limited option or very standard boathouse meal). You can buy prawn , crab during the cruise in the close by shops and the chef will cook that for free. We had a great Ayurvethic Massage, which was a very great experience. Had some hiccups for water in the morning and the crew was able to resolve it asap. There are some ...

„Man fühlt sich wie in einem alten Palast. Pool schön u Massagen auch. Restaurant gut, allerdings etwas laut da an der Straße. Hotel hat mit einem super Fahrer vermittelt. Verbesserungsfähig: hinter dem Bett u Lichtschalter sehr verstaubt, da muss mal geputzt werden. “

„The boathouse staff was excellent. They were very courteous and accommodating. “

„Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides.“

„The staff were good, friendly and polite 😊 Our room was clean and decent. Food good. We were a bit confused about the itinerary so maybe making it clearer would be helpful to future guests. Thank you 😊“

„amazing stay at the beautiful resort with wonderful staff - all perfect“

„Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Matthew und seine Crew waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mangos aus Matthews Garten waren super lecker. Sie haben unsere Wäsche gewaschen und sie war tadellos. Matthew hat uns bei unserem Zugticket geholfen und und früh morgens zum Bahnhof gefahren, weil noch keine Tuk Tuk unterwegs waren. Den Abend vorher haben wir nett zusammen gesässen!“

„Beautiful place with wonderful service!“

„super Lage für ein day-Hausboot-Trip. Nahe am Wasser gelegen, lässiger Pool, feines Buffet-Food und schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer“

„Good food, nice private boat, and great staff!“

„We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to , ...

„Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent.“

„We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. “

„Very disappointed coming from USA. One towel for two people. If you take chicken for meal you were not allowed to get vegetarian potion. Never seen that before. No activities on the boat. Not worth the price Not worth the “
