The Space:

River Bliss by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful locality of Pacific Haven in Queensland, Australia. Our tiny house offers hands-on experience with animals like kangaroos, access to a dam, and sunset and sunrise views.



Our holiday homes are perfectly located to access Queensland’s best spots like Burrum River, Pacific Haven Boat Ramp, Hervey Bay, Woodgate Beach, Fraser Island,Bamboo Land Nursery & Parklands.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.



Advisory:



- No swimming is allowed in the dam.

- Please note we have a small dog living on the property.

- Guests can drink from the filtered water jug provided in the fridge.

- Please note that the area between the house and the river is a shared space.

- If you want to use the pontoon for boating or fishing, kindly arrange access with the owner before or upon arrival.

Discover Queensland’s natural and scenic spots like the Burrum River and Pacific Haven Boat Ramp, a popular destination for fishing, boating, and kayaking. See the Hervey Bay and Woodgate Beach offering whale watching, waterfront walks, swimming, four-wheel driving, and wildlife spotting



Take a stroll through K'gari (Fraser Island), the world's largest sand island, known for its pristine lakes, rainforests, and spectacular natural landscapes. See beautiful landscapes at Bamboo Land Nursery & Parklands in Howard, which features beautiful gardens, walking trails, and a café.

- Howard a nearby town which have bakeries, pub and milk bar you can try. It also has a Bottle Shop, and an IGA.

- Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Childers are major towns with convenience stores and best eateries worth dining in like: Enzo's for breakfast and India Gate on the Bay for great tasting Indian cuisine.



Sightseeing like Parks & Nature:



- Hervey Bay - try whale watching from the Marina, Urungan Pier, Fraser Island, Sandy Straits, Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens or Bambooland in Torbanlea.



Festivals, Arts, & Culture:

- Visit Brolga Theatre in Maryborough and Hervey Bay RSL.

By car:

Other Things to Note:

- Wi-Fi is available.

- Gas BBQ grill is available.

- All mobile networks have weak signals.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Not suitable for children due to nearby dam, river, and steep riverbank.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Guests are permitted to smoke anywhere on the property, as there is currently no designated smoking area.

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
