This coastal inspired modern farmhouse offers a perfect blend of modern comfort, bright southwest exposure, and access to a Pacific Northwest nature paradise. With its location just steps away from Seabrook’s heated outdoor pool and gym, walking and mountain biking trails, and walking beach access via the Gnome trail or through town, this home is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Start your morning sipping your coffee while watching the sunrise over the forest from your deck or couch. Continue your day exploring town, getting in a gym workout or dip in the pool, taking the kids to the playground with a stop at the barn to see the ponies, relaxing reading a book on your front porch while listening to the sound of the ocean in the back, or taking a day trip to visit Washington’s magnificent beaches and Olympic National Park. In the evening, the home awaits you to enjoy your BBQ dinner on the back deck, roast s’mores on your fire pit while playing outdoor games, or end the day in your bubbling hot tub. Home Interior

The home has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated throughout to make you feel right at home and equipped to provide every comfort you might need. Entering from the covered front porch, the first-floor foyer provides space to kick off of your shoes and gear.

The open-concept kitchen, dining and living rooms are ideal for keeping vacationers of all ages connected. The beautiful kitchen is well-appointed and ready for any sized meal. The broad kitchen island boasts lots of prep space, and the island’s barstool seating makes it easy to chat with the chef. The adjacent expansive dining room table extends for seating up to 10. Steps away, the back deck offers stunning views of the forested hillside lining Elk Creek over the pool, and allows you to barbeque dinner on the 3-burner gas grill and enjoy it at the outdoor table that seats six.

In your living room, cuddle up on the cozy corner sectional in front of the gas fireplace on chilly days or turn on the air conditioning on warm ones and enjoy each other’s company. Here you can gather for your favorite sports team, movie, or TV show on the Smart TV.

Through the sliding barn door you’ll find a full bathroom, as well as neighboring guest queen bedroom. Folding up the Murphy bed reveals a built-in desk, so this room can flexibly double as separate home office.

When it’s time to recharge from a full day of exploring, head downstairs to the primary bedroom, full-over-queen bunk bedroom, and media room. The secluded primary king bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and walk in closet, is a cozy place to catch a nap. The king bedroom also offers enough space to put up the provided collapsible desk, or the pack & play and changing station for a baby. The full-over-queen bunk bedroom is a kids’ favorite and provides a staircase that allows younger kids to easily access the loft bed. The lower queen bed provides ample head space to also comfortably accommodate a couple. All beds feature memory foam mattresses, and you find plush robes and hot tub towels in all bedrooms.

The adjacent media room boasts a 65-inch Smart TV and PlayStation 5. The corner sectional pulls out to a full-size sleeper sofa, also with memory mattress, if you need additional sleeping space. In this room you also find a selection of books, puzzles, toys and beach gear (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) for your stay.

Just outside the backdoor downstairs is your private yard with hot tub for six, fire pit (Solo Stove) with surrounding outdoor seating, and space for the kids to play and dog to chill. The adjacent private parking space for two cars is equipped with a 240-volt electric car charger (please bring your adapter).

Work from Home friendly

A Beach Ranch provides fast internet (up to 100 mbps download/10 mbps upload, eero mesh system) and has two options for home office spaces. First, the main-level queen bedroom transforms into a separate office with built in desk, if the Murphy bed is stowed away. A second collapsible desk provided in the master bedroom walk-in closet can be put up in the master bedroom or as second desk in the main level office.

Kid Friendly

Having small kids ourselves, A Beach Ranch is set up for kids of all ages to enjoy: for babies the home provides a Pack n’ Play, changing pad, and baby chair that can be fastened onto the dining table, and a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The loft bed in the downstairs bedroom has a convenient staircase for kids. The house is equipped with board games (Chess, Scrabble, Taboo, Cards Against Humanity, Apples to Apples etc.), beach/outdoor toys (sand toys, cornhole, pickle ball racquets, basketball, toss and catch set), and a variety of indoor toys, puzzles, books, coloring books/crayons, etc. For older kids – and kids at heart – the PlayStation 5 provides a game subscription. The home is few minutes walking from popular Seabrook kids attractions, such as the playground (zipline, swings, climbing structure, slides), basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts, the old cedar stump house and gnome trail, the heated Crescent Park indoor pool and hot tub, and is right across the street from the new Sunrise outdoor heated pool, hot tub and gym.

Dog Friendly

We love dogs and hope your four-legged companion enjoys their vacation as much as you do. The home is equipped with a comfortable large memory foam dog bed, beach-themed dog toys and feeding bowls, a waterproof mat, and microfiber dog towels. The outdoor hot/cold water hose/shower comes in handy to wash off any sand and dirt after your dog roams free on the beach, or the dog off-leash area up the street.
