"Also klar hatte Hotel einige Macken aber die wurden sofort beseitigt, wenn man es angesprochenen hatte. Mitarbeiterin Meryem und Deniz genauso wie Ayaz die im Restaurant beschädigt war sind voll hilfsbereit, nett ,freundlich und Gesprächig. Danke nochmals 😘😘❤️💛 Liebe Grüße Ekrem "

"Not everything smoothly, but the hotel crew was extremely helpful and worked really hard to resolve the issues. 1) We booked a junior suite. Do NOT book a junior suite in this hotel, unless you also want to book the connecting room next to it. As we found out, all junior suites in the hotel have a connecting door to the neighboring room which is not soundproof - you can hear all the talk in the other room. After 2 nights we got a terraced suite instead, which is a bit smaller on the inside but has a much larger terrace, and most importantly cannot hear any neighboring rooms. 2) Vegan options - overall we were quite happy. Sometimes by default there were not that many options, but when we asked someone they were always super helpful. At one point, the chef made an extra portion just for us, leaving out the butter. Overall, we were quite happy with the experience and the helpfulness of the personal."

"I was as a backpacker and could leave my luggage for free for 1 week. Thank you to Ercam, the manager, very friendly. The owner is an old man who still lives in the house. You can see that he has developed the house during many years. Rooms are very practical. The owner had experience. Thank you Mr Gunay. Location, shops, restaurants, a mall and tramway in walking distance. Central bus station only 3 stations away. Airport around 1 hour but only 1 tram line. Rooms are partly very old. Who expects highly modern standard should probably go elsewhere and pay more. Comparing price and performance I can highly recommend Gunay Pansiyon."
