We played cards on the deck and grilled. We caught some small sunfish off the dock and enjoyed seeing deer, heron and ducks/ducklings each day.We didn't get out on the water, but the dock, kayaks, and ladder were awesome amenities.The steps down to the water were wide and well maintained, but challenging ...

This venue is a nice cozy cottage which is not in a touristy area, so you will surely enjoy the peace and quiet for a much needed relaxation experience. The boat ramp is not far (about 2-3 miles away) and once your boat is in the water, you can park it at the dock which is within walking distance from the cottage. This cottage no doubt has sufficient space to allow parking for both your towing vehicle and boat trailer. There ...

„The property was very clean and cute. It is exactly as described. It is close to the downtown area of Eureka Springs, but far out enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The back deck is cozy and nestled in the tress. Saw many deer playing in the woods. The treehouse had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed or if there were any issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!“
