The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Oz. It has a floor area of 86 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 90 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet

On the first floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a mezzanine sleeping area with a second double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed (140×190), a desk and a TV

For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan.

Outside:
