Villa Oyster Pearl, St. Maarten, a truly special and unique Villa, nestled into the hillside above the white sand and warm, crystal blue waters of dawn beach. We have 9 Bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, sleep a maximum of 23 people, a hot tub, pool, plenty of onsite parking, secure grounds and concierge service.

Facing into the rising sun, this villa basks in the glow of the tropical air, all the while being cooled and refreshed by the famous trade winds of the Caribbean, making your stay comfortable and peaceful all year round.



Luxuriate in our spacious 12 person hot tub, play around in the heated swimming pool for hours, explore our dense mature gardens, crack open a coconut or two!



Pods of dolphins have been seen just outside the reef and whales often traverse between the villa and the Island of St Barth's in the late winter migration season! Seeing these magnificent creatures breach the water from the pool deck of the villa is a sight you will never forget.



The Villa is appointed with marble floors and bathrooms throughout offering a cool and luxurious interior with a classic and timeless feel. It offers 9 spacious bedrooms with perfect sea and garden views split between the main 4 bed villa (3 ensuite), 2 cottage’s both with 2 bedrooms each (1 jack and jill bath per cottage), and studio apartment.



Access to Dawn Beach is only steps away through our mature and tropical garden, and is shared only with a few other villas on our side of the hill.



Concierge Service



To cater for your every need, Villa Oyster Pearl comes with complimentary concierge service provided by Lewis, the Villa Manager. He knows all there is to know about the Island, and offers a huge range of services at the villa. He can help you book and organise every aspect of your trip so you know exactly what you're up to every day. We offer massage, private chefs, stocking and grocery service, boat charter bookings, private driver, and lots more. Be sure to ask him about everything the island has to offer. All tastes are catered for.



The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience and comfort, including cooking utensils, crockery etc.



Beach equipment (including snorkel gear, body-boards, and paddle boards) and sand toys are provided, along with free wireless internet, provided by Starlink, reaching speeds of over 100mbps, so you can keep in touch with home, or work from the pool deck.



The Villa offers spacious and numerous places to tan; a large sunning deck as well as a relaxing pool deck and beach deck. Have the sun loungers set up on our beach or if you want privacy lay out by the Hot Tub.

Guest access

You will be met at check in by one of our staff who will show you around the villa. Honk your horn at the gate to attract attention, or if you've hired our private driver, he will take care of access for you.
