„We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. It was clean, you had a lot of space and you even got small kitchen utensils. “

„Neat clean. Lots of place near by was fairly quiet at night. If you don't like stairs beware it is on 3rd floor with no elevator. Most of the basics were available. No issue was a problem free stay would stay again. “

„We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. „I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.“

When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. „The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit.“

"Our stay at this hotel was truly a disappointment. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority — there were stains on the furniture and floors, and finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom was simply disgusting. The windows were poorly sealed, allowing freezing cold air to rush in, and the AC unit was so loud that it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the nearby streets made us feel like we were sleeping outside. The worst part was that the constant drafts made my children sick, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing night into a stressful and worrying experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. It was truly upsetting."
