Other Things to Note:
✨AMENITIES: We provide towels, and starter toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.
✨ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
✨PARKING: There is a two car garage and two additional parking spaces in the driveway. There is additional on-street parking allowed out front.
✨THE DRIVE: The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101.
✨INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV.
✨BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a queen bed and the primary suite has a king bed. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests.
✨KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. There is a water filtration system in place for the whole house. Filtered water is available from all taps and the small faucet next to kitchen sink faucet!
✨LAUNDRY: There is a laundry equipped with a washer, dryer, and starter laundry soap.
✨SECURITY: Security cameras are located at the front of the house and above the garage for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside of the home.
