„Compared to other motels, this one didn't stand out much but covered all key points we cared about clearly enough.“

„Two nights here and zero complaints about space or convenience. Close enough to the ocean and shopping center which helped us move around easily as a group. Pool time after golf rounds stood out as a highlight for everyone.“

„We found the heating kept the room cozy during cooler evenings. The air conditioning also kicked in smoothly when needed, making sleep comfortable for both of us.“

„The hot tub open late allowed many guests to relax together quietly enjoying themselves during evenings peacefully here as well.“

„Connection stayed strong during online meetings which kept me on schedule while relaxing by the pool in breaks between calls.“

„The Chill Avacado is accurately named! I had to move a couple hanging Avacado away from my van so the slider would close. The orchard is pretty cool to observe. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Since the apartment is adjacent to a working orchard I feared there would be lots of morning noise. Instead all I heard was the neighbor’s chickens saying good morning.I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.“

„Enjoyed peaceful walks just a few blocks to the beach every morning.“

„We really liked how big the bed was and how close everything was around us in the room. Quiet nights helped us recharge easily.“

„House was as advertised. Parking was easy. We had a truck and couldn’t fit into the garage but were able to find spots without any issues. “

„We came up to the area for the weekend. It was a great weekend stay, place was nice along with the amenities in the apartment complex. We also loved that it was gated. However, there were some things when we arrived that weren’t clean, dishes weren’t very clean we had to wash them before using and neither were our sheets. Almost like it had dog hair in them. However when we let our host know, they did accommodate it all and gave us new sheets and helped us out. Communicate with them was great!“

„This is a gorgeous and tastefully designed/equipped apartment. Very tidy, clean and cosy. A perfect starting point for expoloring Ventura and the nearby attractions such as Santa Barbara and LA.“

„Easy to get around on my own here. Close to the beach and shopping spot nearby.“

„Room had all essentials including fridge and TV, offering good value given its closeness to the beach and free parking nearby.“

„Close to the beach with easy parking right on site.“

„Quick overnight stay, room had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, and good aircon.“

„Lovely place to stay.. though we just sort of breezed in and out. The courtyard was charming and it was close to all of the fun stuff in Ojai.“

„Not flashy but practical with parking close by and a pool outside that looked usable. Basic cable TV added some entertainment.“

„It was such a pleasant stay! Thank you!“

„Lovely and quiet neighborhood, wish we brought bikes to ride around! We also really appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The room and bathroom were also extremely spacious. Would love to stay here again : )“

„When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the Vrbo. There were leaves all around the outside and the patio was dirty. Inside it was bare bones. There were five glasses that were plastic and old. It was not up to the price I paid. I was surprised and we left early. No pride in ownership. Host was great. And it was clean inside.“
