Basement Studio in Summertown with kitchenette

This fully-furnished & equipped STUDIO is located in the heart of Summertown - a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and bus routes to the City Centre. It is situated in the basement of an old Victorian house and has its own entrance. Guests also have access to the garden at the front of the house.

It’s the perfect location for those visiting, working or studying in Oxford. Ideal for visitors to the University, researchers or graduate students with direct bus routes to central Oxford.

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances require a little more flexibility when arriving or leaving, so we offer the possibility of an early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability. However, please note the following charges apply:

Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time (3pm).

Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof beyond the standard check-out time (11am).

To ensure smooth transitions for all our guests, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you anticipate needing an early check-in or a late check-out. If this causes an inconvenience to incoming or outgoing guests, we may need to decline the request.
