„We had a great time, and were pleased with the responsiveness and flexibility with our needs for the stay. The pool, hot tub, and arcade are the showstopper parts of the stay, but it was also easy to find a quiet space for yourself or with a few others as well. This was a really nice stay. “

„People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location.“

„This place was a fantastic little escape to the country for my family and our friends. The space was open and inviting and well stocked with everything we needed for a two night stay. I will say we had to take some extra measures for our two year old to be as least destructive as possible, but then again, is there really any space safe from a chaotic two year old? Regardless, wonderful experience! “

„My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. “

„Wonderful stay! Host was VERY communicative and attentive! The home was very clean and nice, and stocked very well for visitors! There was plenty of space and activities for our family/friend group of 11 and 2 dogs! The only thing we think could improve would be a coat of paint, and fixing the fence gaps, considering it was a pet friendly option. Overall better than expected and perfect for what we needed! Highly suggest! “

„Do not recommend if you are staying multiple days. We did not get the room we reserved because they gave it to someone else. We were only given 3 towels for 4 people for 4 days. When we asked for more towels they gave us 2 more and that is all we could get, then went and complained they said we could only get more towels if we brought them down all the dirty towels. „Great location on the lake with an incredible amount of activities to do on site. Lots of room and everything you could need is provided! Greats spots to also sit and relax and take in the scenery. We enjoyed the location very much for our family vacation.“

Perfect spot for a large family get together with so many outdoor activities and indoor fun with the game room. If I could give this 10 stars, I honestly would.
