The Space:

About 70 m² with parquet floors and large windows.



Living-dining room: three-seater sofa, Smart TV, coffee table and dining table for four.



Kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, capsule coffee machine and cookware.



Main bedroom: double bed, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and roller blinds to keep the room dark.



Second bedroom: single bed, large wardrobe and a desk by the window, handy for working on a laptop.



Bathroom: bathtub with shower, washbasin with cabinet and bidet.



Also: enclosed glazed gallery with a clothes airer, heating, WiFi, iron and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen and towels included.



Guest Access:

The whole flat is yours: both bedrooms, the living-dining room, kitchen, gallery and bathroom. It is on the third floor and the building has a lift.



The Neighborhood:

The flat is in Teatinos, a residential neighbourhood in the north of Oviedo, about 600 m from the Central University Hospital of Asturias (HUCA): an 8-minute walk. Everything for daily life is on the surrounding streets: a supermarket one minute away, Mercadona, Lidl and Alcampo about 5 minutes away, several pharmacies, cafés and cider houses. The cathedral and the old town are 1.7 km away, about 25 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi.



Getting Around:

Bus: there are stops 2 minutes away, and the HUCA bus interchange, with city lines to the centre, is about a 4-minute walk.



Train and coach: the bus station is 1.8 km away (about 23 minutes on foot) and the train station 2.2 km, 5 minutes by taxi.



Car: no parking space is included. Gijón is about 25 minutes away, Avilés 30, Asturias Airport 45 and Covadonga, in the Picos de Europa, just over an hour.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Self check-in with Vikey: you will receive the access link once you complete the online check-in.



Maximum 3 guests. There is no sofa bed and no extra beds.



The flat has no air conditioning.
