➢ Strictly No Pets allowed.(except service )

➢ This unit is located at the downstairs part of the duplex.

➢ Our listing is situated in Downtown Ottawa, which offers easy access to various attractions and amenities. As with any urban area, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. While we prioritize your safety and comfort, we cannot control the presence of others in public spaces.

➢ Do not go upstairs. This unit is located in a duplex however, there is a long term tenant occupying the unit upstairs.

➢ You can park 1 vehicle outside of the fence, and additional 2 vehicle inside of the fence.
Street parking available but fees applies, please take a look for the signs for instructions.
Also, there is a paid garage parking nearby and you may use google maps to located it.

➢ No cable and streaming devices or account available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.

➢ We only provide initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Guest need to be responsible for their own supplies after initial set is depleted
