Stylish 4-Bedroom Home

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this welcoming single family home, nestled in a friendly and safe neighborhood with parks, bike paths, and running trails close by. With three convenient parking spots, high-speed WiFi, in-home laundry, and plenty of entertainment, everything is set up to make your time here easy, relaxed, and enjoyable.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms , a well-equipped kitchen, cozy dinning room, and 2 spacious living rooms. Enjoy a dip in the salt water pool during the summer, or enjoy a book and cozy up during the winter.

Guests have access to two levels plus basement in the house and the entire private backyard with a salt water pool. The pool will be accessible by late may until early September, weather dependant. Please inquire about the availability of the pool, when booking in May or September, if this is a priority.

Pool is open by end of May and closes in September based on weather. There is limited access to the backyard from November 15th until April 15th.

Access to Lac Beauchamp is approximately a 15-minute walk via the trail beside St-René Dog Park. The trail crosses the Rapidus corridor and leads directly to Lac Beauchamp.

In the winter, Lac Beauchamp offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. In the summer, it features a swimming beach, canoe rentals, and beach volleyball courts.

Garbage Instructions

Garbage & Recycling

* Please help us keep our property and neighbourhood clean by sorting your waste as follows:

- Recycling: Place recyclable items (cardboard, plastic, glass, metal, paper) loose directly into the blue bin, and flatten all cardboard boxes.
- Food waste: Use the biodegradable bags provided under the sink and dispose in the brown bin
- Trash: Place in the grey bin. Place any overflow garbage that does not fit in the grey bin in the large green bin.

*IMPORTANT: Please securely close the bin lids and fasten the clips. This helps prevent raccoons, skunks, and other wildlife from getting into the garbage.
