You can cook while enjoying the company of your entire family around you. Adjacent and open to the kitchen is a comfortable and colorful living area with couch, love seat and flat screen television. Two bedrooms beckon your restful slumber upstairs for quiet time or conversation. This spacious rooftop is perfect for dinner, eagle watching or taking in 360-degree views of Heritage Harbor. House Rules:During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.Sunshine Terrace has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $125 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties.
