„We had a very enjoyable stay at Playa Caracol. The unit was in excellent condition and well stocked with essentials. We suffered a number of service interruptions because of loss of electricity and internet. But these were suffered by all people at the resort. „It was easy to find and easy to check in and also to check-out. The manager was very responsive when we messaged her. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids, plus extra room if we had had a larger group. There is a full kitchen if you want to cook. We brought some food to the island, as is recommended, and also enjoyed some of the restaurants. Most restaurants close when the last ferry leaves which is at 4:30.
