„I had a fantastic 3 night stay and seemed to spend most of it watching the happenings on the water and enjoying the views of Dunedin city and the hills beyond from abundant windows. Appreciated the makings for breakfast in the fridge. Such a peaceful area to stay in, yet so close to Dunedin.“

„Quiet street, out of the bustle of the harbor area and a 11 min steep, steep walk to all the action. It was perfect for us; we were able to walk to eat, gondola and Kiwi Experience Park easily. 15 min to the airport.“

„This was a nicely-kept property that is convenient to town. As others have noted, it IS on a hill (as are most places in Queenstown) so the walk BACK from town may be a bit strenuous for some. Being on the hill, however, provides a nice view of the lake. There IS some construction in the area, but this did not affect us aside from adding a minute or two to the walk into town. Parking is available right outside the front door, but beware that it is tight. I was glad we did not have a larger ...
