The check-in and instructions were great, location was fantastic (we walked pretty much everywhere -- to restaurants and outdoor activities/hikes) and the views were amazing. We had a bit of an issue with one item that Luxury Stays was very helpful with and showed us how much they care about customer service. „Great stay. House perfect for three couples ( kids). Short stroll down the hill to downtown and the lake / park (lawnbowls!). Only minor comment is the management company offered by email a “meet and greet” but when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon the phone number provided to arrange just went to a general voicemail. Email response was the next day. Was fine as instructions re lockbox were clear. All told fantastic place in fantastic area. “
