"Nice design. Unfortunately, my wife and my two children of 16 an 19 years, have been sent away eating a sandwich in the lobby. In house Breakfest only allowed. Two Chinese guest with outside food were allowed to stay arguing they needed to work at their laptops. That kind of unfair treatment is unfortunate. Have a look at the Google ratings. Completely unnecessary and a pity as we really liked the hotel. "

"The location is good, not too far from the train station and one of the food markets is close (10 min by foot). The hotel however looks fine from the outside but the rooms are really not in good condition. Several things in the room were broken and it was far from clean. They don't have personal, there is just one guy downstairs who did not speak even a word of English. It was impossible to even ask for a different room. We had even difficulties getting some toilet paper when we ran out of it. Breakfast was also not really good: there were some options but not many and for example the bread was old and not fresh. We checked out after the first night but unfortunately got no refund for the next 2 nights that we booked with them. We really cannot recommend this hotel."

"Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service ist für diese Klasse in Ordnung. Der Pool könnte sauberer sein und etwas Schallschutz vertragen. Das Abendbuffet und Frühstücksbuffet war in Keelung von Evergreen deutlich besser. Gebucht hatten wir um eine kürzere Strecke an Flughafen Taipeh zu haben. "
