„Wir haben gebucht mit mehre Familien Mitglieder zusammen. Bis wir alle gebucht haben wär es 9 Zimmer. Von die 9 haben wir an ein tag 4 bekommen. Zweite Nacht 3. Unsere Familie wär getrennt. Bett war kaputt. Handtüchhälter ist von der Wand gefallen bei entnehmen von Handtuch. Habe die Zimmer gleich bezahlt bei Buchung. Wo ich auschecken wollte wollte sie dös ich nochmal zähle und 10 $ mehr als wo ich gebucht hätte. Gäste für Hochzeit “

The front desk went way above and beyond to accommodate our needs and get us into rooms that would work. We are very happy this all worked out. „The front desk and airport shuttle staff were exceptional. Very friendly and professional. My room was fine, nothing special. It was a sad gray and white with no carpet or rug. In place of a closet, there was a cabinet for hanging clothes. It was way too short and my dresses got wrinkled from balling up on the floor. The make mirror was broken in the bathroom. The worst was that the floor (vinyl fake wood) was dirty—hair balls, crumbs, etc. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was ...
