„Das Hotel ist gut gelegen um Spokane zu Fuß kennenzulernen. Service war sehr gut. Die Aussicht in der 5 Etage toll. Wir hatten aber auch ein River Side Zimmer. Das Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer war gewôhnungsbedürtig. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, aber im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels ganz gut.“

„Bekanntermaßen ein altes Hotel. Es war aber sauber, die Betten gut. Leider war der Pool nicht aufgeheizt und der Apfelsaft bei Frühstück hatte einen üblen Beigeschmack. Die Bedienung hat das nicht weiter interessiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll.“
